Hyattsville, MD - January 28, 2008 — AED, a growing Government IT and engineering services provider, announced today that its Construction Management & Engineering (CME) group received a subcontract from Jacobs Associates (Jacobs) to serve on the construction management team with the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) on the Bi-County Water Connector Tunnel valued at $100 MM.

Reginald Waters, AED President, states "This contract marks our first contract with Jacobs and working on tunnel projects and we are excited to work with both Jacobs and the WSSC.
